Milwaukee Bucks NBA Champion Pat Connaughton and the Pat Connaughton Foundation are thrilled to offer a basketball skills clinic at MSOE! And we have been invited!

In addition to essential basketball skills such as ball handling, passing, shooting, defense, etc., student-athletes will learn translatable life skills that stick with us long after our playing days are over like hard work, teamwork, leadership, accountability and discipline

On Thursday August 1st you can come get your car washed and vacuumed! If your kids are with you we will have some bubbles, chalk, and balls to help keep them busy! This event is hosted by Fostering Community in partnership with Life Church Youth! More info and signup to come*

Join us for a monthly play date at Bug and Goose play cafe in Elm Grove!

This will be great time for play and connecting with other foster and adoptive families and their kids! Come for the whole three hours or stay for what you can. Bug & Goose is the perfect play space for kids ages 6 months to 6 years old! Tickets are at a discounted rate of $10.50 a kid, you will pay upon arrival to the cafe. We hope you can join us this month or the next!

Alex at Neighbor Art Studios has offered to teach her class once a month for foster families to get to try out a different kind of therapy through art therapy! 

This class is for kids between the ages of 18 months and 3 years old. The class will run from 9-9:45 at her space. Each class will involve a collaborative art activity, individual art activity, and a group sensory bin! This is a great way to introduce your child to art therapy and see if it's a helpful thereaputic service! Either way it will be a fun time with other families and their littles!

“Our indoor activity center offers tons of opportunities for safe and purposeful play, including a 650-square-foot Nugget Playground for kids age 10 and under, Nuggie Town village play space for kids age 7 and under, Tiny Nugget Terrace semi-private play place for kids age 23 months to crawlers, Nugget Square fine motor play area, and so much more. We just know your Nugget is going to have a blast here with us!”

Join other foster and adoptive families for a Pizza and movie night! We will get together at 5pm for some pizzas and to hangout and play as we connect with other foster and adoptive families! Then we will watch a movie on a big screen theater! Feel free to wear your pajamas! There will also be bags of blessings for families donated by a local church!
